About the directory
Eyelash Salons is an online directory of eyelash salons. We try to keep listings accurate, but details such as addresses, hours, prices and services can change. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete, current or error-free. Please confirm details with the salon before you visit.
No endorsement
A listing does not mean we endorse, recommend or are affiliated with a salon, and we are not responsible for any salon’s services, products or conduct. Any agreement you make is between you and the salon.
Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes scraping or copying the directory in bulk without our permission, posting false or unlawful content, interfering with how the site works, or trying to gain unauthorized access.
Listings and content you submit
If you add or edit a listing, or send us photos, text or reviews, you confirm you have the right to share them and that they are accurate and not misleading. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, edit for format and use that content on the site and in connection with promoting the directory. We may remove content or listings at our discretion, and we will remove a business listing on the owner’s request.
Paid and featured placements
If you buy a featured or paid placement, the price, billing period and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Placement improves a listing’s visibility but does not guarantee any number of views, clients or sales. We may decline or remove placements that break these terms.
Third-party links
The site links to salon websites and other services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, text and brand belong to Eyelash Salons or its licensors. Salon names, logos and photos belong to their owners.
Disclaimer
The site and its information are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Eyelash Salons is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on a listing. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
